To be especially helpful, please include the following information:

What brand of computer do you have?
What is your processor?
What kind of modem or network conection?
Which browser, and which version of that browser?
What is your monitor resolution?
How much RAM do you have?
Next, try to describe what happened.

Finally, what was the last thing you did before the problem happened? And what did you expect would happen when you did it?

These questions are just guidelines to help you document problems thoroughly, which helps us fix them quicker. Feel free to leave off answers that you're not sure about, or which don't seem relevant. Or feel free to add additional information that you think might be useful.
